Good service, had really great experience.

The hotel was in a central location to good local pub. Moreover, its near the restaurant, resturant and breakfast and the centre of Blackwater.

This place offers great value, the rooms are spotless, and the staff are friendly; plus, it's conveniently located just a short walk from the center and nearby amenities.

Even the Emerald airport was not so far. Excellent base for a city trip in Blackwater;)))

Fine stay, as always. Nice place, helpful staff. Comfortable bed & particularly good position near Noisey right on the main road, freight train, and good local pub. Also, close to everything: D

The standard villa was modern and the food was excellent. the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It had a great location, conveniently situated near everything.

I had a fantastic time here, as the updated rooms were great, the staff was friendly, and the bistro bar was excellent!

The beds were extremely comfy, making for a restful stay. the room also included a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control for added convenience. Having a private bathroom was a nice touch. the hotel is centrally located, close to a great local pub, as well as a restaurant and bakery, making it easy to explore the area.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a great place close to major attractions and transport options. The staff was very obliging and friendly, and the cleaning staff did a good job of presenting the rooms.

Poorly maintained facilities and disappointing breakfast. The rooms were poorly maintained with dirty carpets and bubbling bathroom floors, while the outdoor areas were messy with rubbish and large weeds. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment with stale hot food and no milk or bread for toast.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was convenient and provided easy access to the newsagent and bakery within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our cabin accommodation issue by offering a hotel room at the same price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with pillows that were incredibly cozy. The hotel also provided excellent facilities, including free use of the dryer and cheap washing machines. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which exceeded our expectations.

The hotel had a good range of toiletries available in the room and they were restocked every day. the breakfast was more than enough to fulfill our needs and we were able to enjoy a quick meal before heading out to explore the city. the hotel location was also convenient for getting around, as it was close to major tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

The staff was unresponsive to our requests and did not provide us with the services they advertised, such as wifi in the room.

The motel rooms were very tidy and serviced daily. the breakfast offered was more than adequate and the chef was accommodating in preparing the tray for the night before departure. the location was great - just around the corner from various dining options and near other amenities like a bottle shop.

The pool was closed for maintenance during the summer season, but this was not clearly communicated to guests.
